THE HISTORY OF THE

CWO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

9/?/2001 - 9/9/2006

Unfortunately, the history of the Championship Wrestling Online World Heavyweight Championship was not well-maintained by its management over the years. Much of its lineage has been lost to time as a result. The company was founded in September of 2001 where Edge (C.J.) became the first ever CWO World Heavyweight Champion. Eventually, the championship was held by The Rock (Unknown), who lost it to The Undertaker (Unknown), before it fell into the hands of Triple H (Unknown).

We include only the portion of the title history with verifiable dates.
