At Game of Squids, Dakota Kai won a game of musical chairs to earn the right to choose the stipulation for Fashion Idols vs. Legit Kicks (Dakota Kai & Sasha Banks). Dakota Kai chose to have the championships suspended on poles for any woman in the match to retrieve and determine the champions. Dakota Kai grabbed the first championship and then helped Jinny retrieve the second.

At WrestleBrawl IV, Jinny defeated Dakota Kai for the right to determine the future of the SGW World Twinstar Championship. Jinny, out of respect to her rival, attempted to award them to her and Skye Blue.

On 11/27/2022, at SGW Body Count, Syndicate Sports management held firm to the original stipulation and declared the titles vacant and Jinny's gesture of respect was stricken from the record.

Due to lack of competition in the SGW World Twinstar division, the titles were deactivated.
